Attempted Suicide: Man critically injured after jumping from Dartford crossing on QE2 bridge

 

A traffic jam resulted from the incident, however, it has already been cleared and the route is back in service. "We were called to the QE2 Bridge on the Dartford River Crossing shortly before 8am on Thursday, 28 September following reports of a concern for safety," an officer from the Essex Police Department stated. Currently, "we are on the scene." A man who had been gravely hurt while swimming was rescued by the Coastguard with the help of the Essex Police, according to a statement. 

Near the QE2 Bridge, cops and HM Coastguards rescued a guy who had fallen into the river. He was taken to the hospital after sustaining life-threatening injuries, where his condition is currently serious. A man is in critical condition at a local hospital after being brought there after an incident on the Dartford Crossing. At around 7:30 a.m. on September 28th, tales of concern for a man's safety began to circulate.

The patient was taken to the hospital and is now considered to be in critical condition. We were called to the QE2 Bridge on the Dartford River Crossing on Thursday, September 28 at around 8:00 AM in response to allegations of a male's possible disappearance. The police in Kent and the HM Coastguard needed the help of the Essex Police Department to find a man who had been badly hurt while swimming.

The patient was taken to the hospital and is now in critical condition there. We are aware of the circulating video that purports to show someone standing on the bridge. For the sake of the victim and his loved ones, we ask that the public stop further distribution of this tape.

Christian Hopper, NC Central student faces rape, kidnapping charges in connection to on-campus sexual assault

On Wednesday morning, NC Central issued a warning on a lady who had been the victim of sexual assault in the Benjamin Ruffin Residence Hall the previous night.
